Job Description
As the Flash Sale Channel Operations Leader for Thailand, you will be responsible for building and operating the LazFlash channel in the Thai market. You will drive merchant recruitment, product pricing strategy, campaign execution, and channel GMV growth, establishing LazFlash as the core price-competitive domain for Thai consumers.

1.Channel Operations
• Own Thailand LazFlash channel P&L: GMV, order volume, buyer count, and contribution to platform GMV
• Develop and execute monthly/quarterly channel operation plans aligned with national and regional strategy
• Manage channel assortment pool: product tiering , price force stratification, and resource allocation
• Drive channel UV conversion rate (UVCVR) and guided GMV share through data-driven optimization
• Own channel subsidy budget allocation and CIR (Cost Income Ratio) optimization
• Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance for channel health monitoring

2. Merchant Recruitment & Management
• Lead Thailand Flash Sale merchant recruitment: build pipeline, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Execute transparent recruitment mechanism with clear standards, clear benefits, and clear tiers
• Manage KAM relationships: GSKA/Local KA/Mass merchants, ensure top merchant participation and price investment
• Build and maintain merchant incentive program: High/Medium/Low tier rating system with differentiated resource allocation
• Drive merchant onboarding to merchant workspace tools for recruitment efficiency
• Grow merchant participation rate and enrollment volume quarter over quarter

3. Team & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Build and manage local Flash operations team (2-4 direct reports)
• Collaborate with Regional team on strategy alignment, tool development, and best practice sharing
• Coordinate with marketing team on channel branding, user acquisition, and campaign promotion
• Act as the Thailand point of contact for all Flash-related cross-market initiatives
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
2. 5+ years in e-commerce operations, with 2+ years in flash sale / campaign / deal channel management
3. Deep understanding of Thailand e-commerce market: competitive landscape, consumer behavior, merchant ecosystem
4. Experience operating on major e-commerce platforms in campaign operations, merchant management, or channel strategy
5. Strong data-driven mindset: able to analyze GMV, CIR, UVCVR, and other key metrics
6. Fluent in Thai (native) and English (business level); Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
7. Proven track record of building and managing teams (2+ direct reports); able to drive cross-functional projects
