Job Description
1 Onboard targeted sellers to the platform through cold calling, WhatsApp follow-up, and ambush seller visits.
2 Effectively persuade sellers to join the platform.
3 Identify, understand, and address sellers' needs and obstacles to facilitate onboarding.
Job Requirements
1. Driven to achieve monthly targets; Incentive-based, with higher incentives earned for onboarding more sellers.
2. Comfortable with cold calling
3. Willing to travel throughout Malaysia for field visits
4. Highly motivated and passionate about helping others
5. Adaptable to changes in work processes to maximize seller onboarding success
6. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
7. Fresh graduates are welcome
