• Understand high-level business priorities and translate these into actionable project plans with defining clear scope & requirement, milestones and success criteria
• Identify and develop category strategy align with the overall platform direction in order to enable growth of category and drive Initiative.
• Able to analyze data, deep dive to find root causes and translate insights into action
• Manage relationship with brands to gain insights, understand their needs and translate them into actionable barter package/scheme that suits to each specific brand
• Liaise and build relationships with internal and external teams to ensure that effectiveness of the team, driven forward and business expectations are managed
• Leverage internal/external data and reporting to analyses trends and provide input and recommendations to improve category performance metrics to team
• Work coordinately and coherently within \team and able to take lead on the team’s behalf
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• At least 5-6 years of e-commerce, FMCG brands, retail, business development, project management role or management consulting experience; e-commerce experience will be an advantage
• Able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and recommendations
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
• Superb business judgment; has been recognized as an effective manager with hands-on experience in business and data analytics
• Exceptional relationship development skills at all levels; with proven track record in successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external)
• Strong industry background would be a plus
• Strong ownership and attention to details
• Passion about improving both customer and brand experiences
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Deadline-driven, with excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong collaborative with high team leadership skill
• Good computer literacy
