【Job Description】:
1、Manage and lead a team responsible for acquiring new sellers and expanding the seller base to the platform, focusing on strategic categories (Core cate focus and assortment)
2、Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies to attract high-quality sellers, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals.
3、Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, associations, and marketplaces to source potential sellers and stay updated on industry trends.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to design and implement effective onboarding and support programs for new sellers.
5、Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize seller acquisition and retention rates.
6、Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement in the sales process
7、Strong understanding of data modeling and ability to extract insights from complex data sets
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in seller acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
3、Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding seller networks in the e-commerce industry.
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
5、Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
6、Fluent in English and at least one other major language, with a good command of written and spoken communication.
