You’ll also work with the Sales CRM product team on monetization data integration and feature projects, giving you exposure to both analytics and project delivery in a fast-moving digital business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data accuracy across key business domains
- Build and improve automated data workflows, reporting processes, and data architecture
- Analyze marketing and advertising performance to uncover trends and opportunities
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights to support business leaders and Key Account Managers
- Partner with Data Engineering, Product, BI, and business teams to align metrics and data definitions
- Support CRM and monetization integration projects, including BRD/PRD review and delivery coordination
- Explore AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and enhance analytics capabilities
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or commercial operations
- Experience with ETL, data automation, and dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong SQL skills; Python or R is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and markets
- Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or marketing solutions is preferred
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, especially Thailand, is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and attention to detail
