Position: Front End Developer
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing front-end designs for our DX platform services (immersive learning management system, user engagement, chat, video, etc.) which are seamlessly linked to our platform developer studio tools and APIs.

- High proficiency in Angular 9
- High proficiency in coding pixel perfect HTML, CSS
- Proficient with jQuery implementation and libraries such as LESS, SASS and Bootstrap

Position: DevOps Engineer V

- Engages in strategic planning with business and IT stakeholders, to provide direction, guidance or recommendations on technology and architectural considerations
- Leverages deep understanding of IT, emerging technologies, and technical capabilities to guide and influence stakeholders and teams in developing solutions, build, deployment, testing and ongoing management of IT services
- Establish and ensure appropriate security practices are communicated and implemented. Support adherence and awareness of these practices
- Assist application teams with on boarding to the adopted security tools/technologies; working with vendors to troubleshoot the platform and issues related to such integration
- Collaborate with product managers and customer stakeholders to discover, define and prioritize work to best provide business value
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to create highly available and fault tolerant infrastructure
- Proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS) with experience in cloud agnostic deployments
- Containerize applications using Docker
- Use container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Rancher to manage existing Kubernetes clusters
- Develop complex networking solutions using services such as VPCs, Subnets, route tables, etc.

Position: Facility Security Officer (FSO)
Salary Range: 80k-149k
In this position, the FSO manages, administers, and coordinates the DOD or other industrial security program and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Analyze innovative solutions to complex problems. They will manage and enforce numerous DoD security programs and requirements including many classified contracts. Candidate will develop and implement policies relevant to security and emergency response drills, exercises, and self-inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The FSO will process and review personnel security clearances and maintain all security documentation, files, and clearance and suitability rosters in accordance with government requirements. Scope of work:
- Administrate personnel security clearance processes to include coordinating initial clearance submissions and periodic reinvestigations, providing guidance and instruction to ensure completion of security paperwork, collection of electronic fingerprinting of initial clearance candidates, and providing follow-up clearance report status on processed clearances to program managers for specific contracts.
- Maintain all PCL security documentation and files in accordance with DCSA requirements.
- Maintain FCL documentation and submission in accordance with DCSA requirements in NISS.
- Provide and document employee security briefings, debriefings, as well as investigate and report security violations and incidents.
- Maintain classified holdings and prepare classified transmittals in accordance with NISPOM CFR Part 117 guidelines and requirements.
- Manage and develop annual refresher training to include preparing necessary documentation in support of DCSA audits.
- Provide security support to Human Resources, Information Technology, Contracts, and Business Development teams.
- Advise personnel of their reporting requirements, both personal/administrative and compliance/incident-related reports per SEAD 3 and SEAD 4.
- Interpret government policies for the development and implementation of security program, procedures, and internal company policies.
- Maintain a working relationship with DCSA or other Federal Agencies and each contract’s security office for processing and maintaining employee clearances or suitability determinations.
- Responsible for interpreting NISP/IC policies; develop and implement security plans and procedures for compliance.
- Maintain/enhance integrity of personnel and procedures required to protect classified and sensitive information and material per the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
- Interface with DCSA (Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency).
- Prepare government compliance forms (Form DD254) issued to subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers and maintain classified holding records.
- Prepare security briefings and policy/procedures manuals.
- Develop and maintain effective “Document Inventory and Control Program” for management of classified systems, media, and documents.
- Supervise daily security activities and enforce government and company security policies.
- Perform access control responsibilities including managing badges, access cards and visit requests with guidance from Information Technology, as required.
- Manage visit authorization requests, visit authorization letters and formal visit requests in DISS for all incoming and outgoing visitors.
- Assist with CAC or ECA token applications.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure citizenship verification for all new hires (security clearances required).
- Assist with CUI program, and CUI self-inspection while acting as alternate CUI manager.
- Coordinate annual Insider Threat working group meetings and retain notes for DCSA.
- Ensure all applicable FCL information is routinely updated in NISS database.
- Conduct regular self-inspections for security program, insider threat program and CUI.
- Complete annual PSI data collection information and log findings in NISS.
What we’re looking for:

- 4+ years experience with managing security requirements for sensitive security programs.
- 2+ years experience with managing security for SCI programs

- Knowledge of NIST 800-171 and it applicability for both commercial firms and government contractors.
