    Position: DevOps Engineer V

    Labor Cat: E-DSO 5

    Salary Range: 125-197K

    In this position, as DevOps Engineer V, you will be part of a highly motivated team of engineers all working together to solve complex problems. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, fault tolerant IT infrastructure in the AWS cloud, developing and optimizing GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and implementing robust monitoring solutions. The successful candidate for this position will have great critical thinking skills, ability to learn quickly, and be a team player. They will also have experience with best development practices, Agile methodology, and DevOps principles.

    Scope of work:

    • Engages in strategic planning with business and IT stakeholders, to provide direction, guidance or recommendations on technology and architectural considerations
    • Leverages deep understanding of IT, emerging technologies, and technical capabilities to guide and influence stakeholders and teams in developing solutions, build, deployment, testing and ongoing management of IT services
    • Establish and ensure appropriate security practices are communicated and implemented. Support adherence and awareness of these practices
    • Assist application teams with on boarding to the adopted security tools/technologies; working with vendors to troubleshoot the platform and issues related to such integration
    • Collaborate with product managers and customer stakeholders to discover, define and prioritize work to best provide business value
    • Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to create highly available and fault tolerant infrastructure
    • Proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS) with experience in cloud agnostic deployments
    • Proficient in package managers for Kubernetes - Helm
    • Containerize applications using Docker
    • Use container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Rancher to manage existing Kubernetes clusters
    • Develop complex networking solutions using services such as VPCs, Subnets, route tables, etc.
    • Use Git along with GitLab to track changes to our IaC solution over time
    • Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters hosting database services, webapps and internal tooling.
    • Configure Prometheus for monitoring and alerting inside Kubernetes

    What we’re looking for:

    • Ability to obtain Department of Defense Secret Clearance
    • 6+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Python

    Position: Senior Program Manager V Labor Cat: PM 5

    Salary Range: 114K – 194K

    In this position…We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager for a remote position. The Technical PM will manage several projects enhancing Dynepic’s platform both commercial and government funded, supporting customer needs and requirements, and providing programmatic oversight of those projects. The Technical PM develops and directs project management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals and contractual obligations. Handles escalated project issues, and coordinates solutions. Monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose improvements and cost savings for future projects. Ensures requirements are captured, documented, and implemented. Ensures timely contractual deliverables and monitors the cost, schedule, and performance of various programs and contracts. Reports to the Director of Programs but manages assigned supporting Program/Project Managers. Creates functional strategies for the department and promotes operational infrastructure. Positively and professionally represent Dynepic in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with customers and vendors. This is an exempt position, expecting anywhere from 40-60 hours per week. Exempt employees are paid a salary bi-monthly regardless of the hours worked.

    • Lead the full spectrum of the enterprise and product development landscape, with the ability to get hands-on within the systems during implementation and deployment, including tracking requirements from design through deployment

You will be challenged with growing the MOTAR Ecosystem with even more diverse technology activation. You will be the lead point of contact for our network of partners, ecosystem companies.     Scope of work:

    • Conducting research and analysis to identify potential partners, building and managing relationships with partners, negotiating agreements, activation plans, and continually monitoring and optimizing partnerships
    • Serve as primary point of contact for ecosystem partners and vendors
    • Define the ecosystem growth strategy and objectives aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives
    • Skilled at leading ideation sessions with clients and defining product activation methods for ecosystem technologies to drive value for their product, platform end users, and expand the value of the Platform.
    • Understand client outcomes by communicating with platform customers, end users, and vendors, and gather customer feedback
    • Provide demonstrations of Platform and communicate value to prospective customers
    • Represent the voice of the Platform ecosystem customers to provide input into our core product and marketing / sales process
    • Collaborate closely with team members (product, development, etc) to support the activation plans and then help drive license renewals and expansion opportunities
    • Identify and lead ecosystem events in collaboration with marketing and engagement to help drive product awareness and onboard more potential vendors into the activation funnel (hackathons, ecosystem expos, virtual hands-on labs, etc.)
    • Utilize your interpersonal skills to nurture and harness relationships with external partners but also work collaboratively across the internal organization
    • Collaborate with the product, design, engineering, and development team on ecosystem activation plans, product documentation, and ultimately provide guidance on how to better configure our platform to meet ecosystem needs
    • Monitor Platform Ecosystem activation funnel and identify areas to improve or simplify product to increase ease of use and time to “hello world”
    • Work with marketing and product to provide release updates to ecosystem customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow the ecosystem customer base
    • Provide constant feedback to leadership on pricing structures that could align future features with business objectives and Ecosystem value
