Our technology platform brings a decentralized network of food waste management to the masses that feed the hungry, processes on or close to the source, saves customers money, and builds community.
Dyrt is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to operate in the B2B and B2G environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a cross-company strategy for Dyrt’s sustainability partnerships. You will drive our leadership in key partnerships, coalitions, and corporate sustainability organizations. You will also lead the design and execution of event and engagement strategies that advance sustainability priorities across our portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
Drive leadership and influence in key partnerships, coalitions, and corporate sustainability organizations to support the company's goals and initiatives.
Provide goals, leadership, and guidance on external engagement strategy and drive internal engagement strategy on sustainability with employees.
Develop communications, policy, and marketing team’s messaging, policy alignment, and outbound sales program.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive governance and decision-making around external partnerships and coalitions.
Qualifications
Master's degree
Experience securing customer decision-making support for programs/initiatives and influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience with clean energy, climate change, and corporate sustainability
Ability to lead multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills
Preferred
Extensive network of decision-makers at high-profile companies in the Southern California Region
Experience writing and developing proposals for City, County, and State agencies
Scope III Emissions tracking and an understanding of SB 1383 compliance
