Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead Dyrt’s product strategy across our SaaS platform, AI systems, and field hardware ecosystem. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for unifying product vision, driving execution, and delivering delightful, deeply reliable tools for customers who rely on us every single day.

This leader will own the product roadmap, manage cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into scalable features that connect physical operations, data workflows, machine learning, and industrial hardware.

You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, Sales, and Leadership to turn Dyrt into the category-defining waste intelligence platform.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Own and evolve the company-wide product vision and roadmap across SaaS, AI, reporting, and hardware integrations.
• Translate customer insights from hotels, stadiums, distributors, and farms into scalable, elegant product solutions.
• Prioritize initiatives using a mix of customer value, operational feasibility, regulatory requirements, and strategic impact.
• Build, mentor, and scale the product team as the company grows.

Execution & Delivery

• Drive end-to-end product development—from discovery to deployment to iteration.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design to ensure features ship on time and meet a high quality bar.
• Partner with Operations to ensure the product works in real-world environments (kitchens, loading docks, warehouses).
• Build feedback loops to continuously refine core workflows, including bill ingestion, smart forms, kiosks, scales, and AI recognition.

Cross-Functional Influence

• Work with Sales and Marketing to support customer acquisition and product storytelling.
• Partner with Customer Success to improve onboarding, retention, and feature adoption.
• Work with Leadership to define KPIs, annual product goals, and long-term strategic priorities.

Platform & Technical Depth

• Understand and shape architecture decisions across our Supabase/Postgres backend, edge functions, and integrations.
• Champion data integrity, scalability, and a cohesive experience across web app, field hardware, and AI systems.
• Help shape future modules for emissions tracking, audit automation, and end-of-life waste verification.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience building vertical SaaS, data platforms, or AI-enabled enterprise tools.
• Strong technical acumen—comfortable discussing database schema, API design, system architecture, or ML workflows.
• Experience working with hardware-integrated products (kiosks, IoT devices, industrial systems) is a major plus.
• Excellent communicator who can synthesize complexity into clarity for both executives and frontline users.
• Proven track record of building and shipping successful products in fast-growing companies (0→1 and 1→10 stages).
• Highly collaborative and comfortable leading in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
