Ever wanted to work in a globally known startup? A startup making a real positive impact on the world, and at the same time aiming to make millions? Say hi to EarthCare.ai! You may have heard of us as AirCare (МојВоздух) and our 2 founders Gorjan Jovanovski & Dragan Gelevski. From our famous mobile app, we’re now developing EarthCare.ai - the climate intelligence platform that turns any decision maker into a climate scientist.

We track climate & severe weather data, run our own threat detection models, and are able to see what climate threats loom on any location including floods, wildfires, storms, droughts and more. This allows any decision maker, from a CEO to a sales rep, to use this data in their day to day decision making process!

As a Techstars (world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator) backed company, we are supported by investors & strategic partners. Now, our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a superstar to join us!

📍 Responsibilities

Lead generation - Find the right people:

  • Research & generate new leads from target industries (including insurance, retail, real estate) in Europe
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in target companies
  • Find contact details using multiple methods (LinkedIn Sales Navigation, Apollo.io…)

Outreach - Reach out to them:

  • Reach out to all identified people of interest with methods identified in section 1
  • Set up meetings for CEO with prospective business leads
  • Understand pain-points and develop use-cases for EarthCare.ai products

Market & competitor research:

  • Remain abreast of the market demands and competitor capabilities in order to predict future requirements, business needs and to identify areas for internal research and development opportunities.
  • Identify new markets, clients and business sectors outside the primary vertical (insurance)

📍Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Stellar spoken & written English (the interview will be in English)
  • Experience in lead generation, client reach-out & meetings

📍Good to Have

  • Email & Cold calling experience
