Title: Hubspot Email Sender (Remote)

About: Echo Labs is a San Francisco-based AI research lab on a mission to make higher education content accessible to d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing students. We've been backed by the founders of Siri and early investors of Instagram, GitHub, Uber in one of the largest pre-seed rounds in history.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Hubspot Administrator to help manage a handful of Hubspot accounts and ensure timely email outreach. Not only will you be earning a competitive wage, but you'll also be part of a cutting edge, driven team making a real difference in the lives of students nationwide.

Compensation:

• Part-time position: 25-35 hours per week
• Competitive compensation: $50/hour

What You'll Do: As our Hubspot Administrator, you'll play a key role in bringing our sales strategies to life through email outreach and CRM data management. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing list and contact information in Hubspot
• Overseeing multiple Hubspot email accounts
• Enrolling contacts in sequences and ensuring timely email campaign execution
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM data
• Collaborating with our lovely sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and improve processes

Who You Are:

• A recent grad or someone with relevant experience
• Based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone or willing to work EST hours (emails need to go out around 9 am EST)
• A master organizer and clear communicator
• Adept at managing your time and projects independently
• Excited about the opportunity to work remotely and manage multiple priorities

Bonus Points:

• HubSpot Certification
• Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and email marketing platforms
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices and CRM data management
