Title: VIP Client Profiler (Remote)

About: Echo Labs is a San Francisco-based AI research lab on a mission to make higher education content accessible to d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing students. We've been backed by the founders of Siri and early investors of Instagram, GitHub, Uber in one of the largest pre-seed rounds in history.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated VIP Client Profiler to help the sales team ace their calls! Not only will you be earning a competitive wage, but you'll also be part of a cutting-edge, driven team making a real difference in the lives of students nationwide.

Compensation:

• Part-time position: 20 hours per week
• Competitive compensation: $25/hour

What You'll Do: As our Brief Writer, you'll play a key role in bringing our sales strategies to life through research. Your main responsibility will be:

• Conduct in-depth research on clients using public records, social media, professional networks, and other relavent sources to gather comprehensive information about their background, interests, and prefrences

• Utilize GovSpend
• Organize the research information in a clear and detailed format to provide back to the sales team
• Maintain confidentiality and adhear to data privacy regulations when handleing sensative client information
