Senior Solution Sales Executive – EV Charging Technology & Embedded Software (m/f/d)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to expand EcoG’s presence among leading EV charger manufacturers, industrial OEMs, and companies entering the EV charging market.
This role focuses on strategic “design-in” sales of EcoG Universal Core, our embedded charging software and controller platform. The position requires the ability to navigate complex industrial sales cycles, build trusted executive relationships, and translate customer needs into scalable commercial opportunities.
You will work closely with leadership, product and engineering teams and play a key role in shaping EcoG’s next phase of international growth.
What you can expect
What You’ll Do
Strategic Enterprise Sales
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with EV charger manufacturers, industrial OEMs and strategic market entrants
Build and manage long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
Drive complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes from initial engagement through negotiation and closing
Complex Solution Selling
Lead consultative sales processes around embedded charging software, controller technology and related EV charging infrastructure solutions
Understand customer product roadmaps and position EcoG solutions as long-term strategic components
Coordinate closely with internal engineering and product teams during evaluation and integration phases
Market & Ecosystem Development
Leverage your industry network to open strategic opportunities across the EV charging and energy ecosystem
Represent EcoG at selected industry events, conferences and customer meetings
Contribute market insights and customer feedback to commercial and product strategy discussions
Commercial Excellence
Maintain structured pipeline management, forecasting and CRM documentation
Support the development of scalable and repeatable enterprise sales processes as EcoG continues to grow internationally
About You
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in strategic B2B technology sales within EV charging, embedded software, power electronics, industrial IoT, energy infrastructure or related sectors
Proven track record in complex enterprise or OEM sales environments with high-value deal structures
Strong understanding of EV charging technologies and industrial technology ecosystems
Experience managing long and consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Established professional network within EV charging, energy or industrial technology sectors
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
High level of ownership, autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset
Nice to have
Experience with EVSE systems, DC charging or energy infrastructure technologies
Familiarity with European EV charging regulation and standards (e.g. AFIR, Eichrecht, NIS2)
Experience with strategic partnerships or channel development
CRM experience (HubSpot or comparable systems)
