We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads ads expert to help us optimize Google ad campaigns in the software development e-learning space.
A little about us:
Educative (educative.io) is an online course and interview prep company that helps software developers and engineers be more productive and efficient when upskills or advancing their career.

The roles and responsibilities of the job are as follows:
Ongoing keyword and search term optimization.
Research competitor strategies and provide insight into their best practices
Build out and optimize remarketing and audiences
Optimize ads, maximize ROAS, and increase mid-to-lower funnel conversions to Educative subscriptions

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications expected:
Knowledge of paid advertising and experience building campaigns, e.g. Google Ads, Google Shopping, Search etc.
Expertise in keyword and search term optimization
Expertise in building and maintaining unique audiences and retargeting campaigns.
Ability to help uncover root issues, flag opportunities or act quickly with unexpected shifts in account performance
Experience working with developer audiencesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills across time zones
Excellent time management and project management skills
Goal and results-driven; adherence to deadlines
Ability to meet with US managers across time zones.
