We're looking for a GTM Intern who is interested in learning how to build modern marketing and sales programs at a high growth, venture-backed SaaS start-up. You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing on the campaigns, events, programs, and workflows that drive pipeline, build brand awareness and establish a new category.

If you're the type of person who gets excited about building workflows, connecting tools, and figuring out how to make outbound and content work together as a system, you'll thrive here. We're looking for someone who approaches GTM with an engineering mindset: test, measure, iterate, automate.

By the end of this internship, you'll have:

  • A 360° view of how early-stage startups build GTM programs from scratch
  • Real portfolio pieces—campaigns you built, content you created, events you helped execute
  • Practical skills in building scalable systems for content, outreach, and lead generation

How you can get involved:



Campaigns & Demand Gen
  • Help build multi-channel campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn, paid)
  • Set up and optimize workflows in our marketing automation stack
  • Track campaign performance and surface insights on what's working

Events & Field Marketing

  • Support our presence at industry events
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and event follow-up
  • Help build event playbooks we can scale

LinkedIn & Content

  • Own portions of our LinkedIn content calendar
  • Learn to create content at scale using AI tools and templates
  • Develop thought leadership content with our team for distribution

GTM Systems & Ops

  • Get hands-on with our GTM stack—building lists, enriching data, creating workflows
  • Help document and improve our processes as we scale
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence and market research

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled, pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Available to receive academic credit through your university
  • Based in NYC or able to commute to our North Williamsburg office 2-3 days a week
  • Curious about how startups actually work—and not afraid to figure things out
  • Systems thinker: you like connecting tools, building workflows, and making things efficient
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-starter who can take a project and run with it

Bonus Points If You Have Experience with our tech stack:

  • HubSpot (CRM, email, workflows)
  • Clay (data enrichment, prospecting workflows)
  • Webflow (website updates, landing pages)
  • Prospecting tools (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Canva (quick design work, social assets)
  • AirOps (AI workflows, content automation)

No worries if you haven't used any of these—we'll teach you. What matters more is that you're excited to learn them.

Our office is in North Williamsburg - we'd love to have you in office 2-3 days per week.
