COMPANY MISSION:

To enable banks and credit unions to offer investments to all their customers, and not just the top 1% via financial advisors.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Sales Manager at Eko, you will work directly with the CEO and you will be responsible for driving sales growth by executing our go-to-market strategy that supports our significant revenue growth targets - tied to an aggressive compensation plan.

The qualifications we’re looking for to fill this role include:

  • Exceptional seller, with consistently strong sales results
  • Experience in scaling SaaS sales organizations from early stage to $1M+ ARR
  • History of building and refining processes and best practices that enable the efficient management of lead generation, development and close activities
  • Data-driven mindset to drive forecasts and accountability, providing visibility to executive leadership and the board
  • As Sales Manager you report directly to the CEO, and will drive sales opportunities throughout the entire pipeline
  • Experience selling in the Community Bank/Credit Union space is preferred

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hustle and results mentality, you will get stuff done, no matter what
  • Superior problem-solving ability and the ability to find creative and innovative sales approaches
  • Ability to build great relationships and clearly communicate with all teams involved (internal and external)
  • A deep understanding of the entire sales process, from qualifying to closing
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Office and Google Drive, or similar software
  • This is a remote position with the expectation of travel to meet the needs of the position, which is generally 25% of the time

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience creating new pipeline opportunities via email campaigns, partnerships, social media and your network
  • 3-5 years of sales related experience, preferably in an area related to selling to banks and/or credit unions, or other enterprise sales
  • Experience in fast-growing startups
  • Experience working independently and remote
