Location: Hanoi, VietnamAbout the Role: Lead Customer Support Services (CSS) daily operations and drive internal sales performance in a hybrid customer support/sales leadership role.Responsibilities – CSS: Handle daily inquiries via phone, email, chat; troubleshoot product issues and coordinate with internal teams; maintain organized records; monitor satisfaction and gather feedback; ensure post-sale engagement and retention.Responsibilities – Internal Sales: Lead upselling/cross-selling and follow-ups on inbound leads; collaborate with external sales; manage CRM data accuracy; generate sales reports/forecasts/dashboards; support Sales Manager with insights.Lead the Team: Coach and support a small team; monitor performance and set goals; conduct check-ins and reviews; identify training needs; foster collaboration and act as escalation point.Upselling & Staff Upskilling: Build initiatives to improve upsell/cross-sell effectiveness; analyze interaction data for opportunities; deliver training on product knowledge and consultative selling; partner with Sales/Product/Marketing; foster growth-focused culture.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related; 3+ years in customer service and/or internal sales (preferably tech/B2B); strong communication in English and Vietnamese; CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) and MS Office; excellent organization and multitasking; team-oriented with leadership potential.Preferred: Experience in neurotech/electronics/healthcare or HW/SW products; familiarity with order processing and invoicing; multilingual a plus.
