Location: Hanoi, Vietnam About the Role Emotiv develops wearable EEG devices and BCI solutions. We are seeking a Customer Support Services (CSS) Internal Sales Lead to bridge customer satisfaction and internal sales, leading support operations while driving sales initiatives. Responsibilities CSS: Handle daily inquiries across channels; troubleshoot and coordinate with internal teams; maintain records; monitor satisfaction/feedback; ensure post-sale engagement. Internal Sales Leadership: Lead upselling/cross-selling/follow-ups; collaborate with external sales; manage CRM data hygiene; generate reports/forecasts/dashboards; support Sales Manager with insights. Lead the Team: Coach and support a small team; monitor performance and goals; reviews and training; drive cross-department collaboration; act as escalation point. Upselling & Staff Upskilling: Initiatives to increase effectiveness; analyze interaction data for opportunities; deliver training; partner cross-functionally; foster growth-focused culture. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related; 3+ years in customer service/internal sales (tech/B2B preferred); strong communication in English and Vietnamese; proficiency with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) and MS Office; excellent organization and leadership potential.
