After successfully building a global D2C business, we are now expanding into B2B.
This is not an incremental role. This is about creating an entirely new revenue pillar for Endel.
The opportunity
We believe Endel is a perfect fit for B2B use cases:
- Employee benefits & wellbeing platforms
- Direct enterprise licenses for employees
- Hospitality (hotels, saunas, spas, restaurants, bars)
- Physical spaces where sound, mood, and atmosphere matter
We’re looking for a founding B2B colleague who will own this from zero to meaningful revenue.
Your mission
You will build Endel’s B2B business almost as a founder would:
- Identify, validate, and prioritize B2B use cases and verticals
- Sell Endel to: Employee benefit providers, Companies (buying licenses for employees), Hospitality and experience-driven venues
- Build and close b2b sales end-to-end (lead → deal → rollout)
- Shape pricing, packaging, and commercial models together with the leadership team
- Build a repeatable sales motion once traction is proven
- Be accountable for revenue, not activity
You’ll have freedom, trust, and direct access to the founders - but also clear expectations to deliver.
Who you are
This role is for you if you:
- Are a self-starting B2B closer, not someone who needs structure handed to them
- Have existing networks in one or more relevant verticals (benefits, HR, hospitality, wellness, enterprise SaaS, partnerships)
- Have closed complex or high-value B2B deals before
- Are excited about commission-heavy compensation and upside
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and fast iteration
- Can work independently and still communicate clearly with founders and finance
This is not a role for:
- People who need a big team before starting
- Pure account managers
- Early-career sellers looking for training
- People who want a fixed, predictable setup
What success looks Like
- First paying B2B customers within months
- Clear signal on which verticals work
- Meaningful B2B revenue contribution within 6–12 months
- A scalable B2B playbook that Endel can invest further into
