Overview
What You’ll Do
SEO and Content
- Own SEO strategy and execution using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Perform keyword research and identify high value opportunities
- Write and publish blog posts, landing pages, and website content using WordPress or similar CMS
- Improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
Electrician Network Growth
- Drive acquisition of electricians into the Pro Network
- Create campaigns that connect electricians with real installation demand
- Build messaging that attracts both electricians and customers
- Support marketplace growth on both sides
EV Charging Sales and Lead Generation
- Generate inbound leads for charger sales and rentals
- Build campaigns targeting commercial real estate, hospitality, fleets, and residential customers
- Develop landing pages and funnels that convert
ZiGGY Marketing and Positioning
- Help position ZiGGY as a new category of EV charging
- Create content that explains the value of mobile charging versus fixed infrastructure
- Support pilots, announcements, and market education
Email and CRM
- Manage HubSpot including workflows, automation, and segmentation
- Execute email campaigns and lead nurturing programs
- Improve conversion across the funnel
Paid Media
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Optimize for cost per lead, click through rates, and conversions
- Test and iterate continuously
Research and Analytics
- Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research
- Track performance using analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Turn data into clear actions and improvements
Design and Creative
- Create graphics for web, ads, email, and presentations using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
- Maintain a strong and consistent brand across all materials
Collaboration and Execution
- Work across teams using tools such as Slack and Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast moving environment
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing
- Strong skills in SEO, content, email marketing, and paid media
- Hands on experience with HubSpot
- Experience with tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and CMS platforms like WordPress
- Ability to write clearly and persuasively
- Design capability across tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
