Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Team Lead preferably Chicago, IL with opportunities for remote work for the right candidate. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage revenue partnership opportunities, drive sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include sales outreach to event organizers and organizations and communication with clients, analyzing sales trends, delivering excellent customer service, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Sales Leadership skills, with a proven ability to form strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional Sales expertise, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for maintaining and fostering relationships with clients
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and develop data-driven strategies
- Previous experience in event management, B2B sales, or working with technology platforms is a plus
- Adaptability to a hybrid working environment with effective time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
