Responsibilities :
- Process Management: Assist in developing, conducting, and refining operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights that inform decision-making.
- Project Execution: Take charge of projects by planning, executing, and completing tasks independently, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence to ensure smooth office operations.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that operational activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of relevant experience working in startups, consulting, or any demanding job in a high pressure environment that required organization and performance.
- An intuitive understanding of what it takes to bring a plan to life.
- A bias toward action and execution. You get antsy if you’re not getting something done.
- Great communication skills that help you work with executive teams to make visions come to life.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Bonus: You've worked in healthcare and understand credentialing or medical billing.
