ABOUT EVERLONG

Everlong is a fast-growing healthcare startup providing virtual nutrition counseling delivered by behavior-changing Registered Dietitians, covered by insurance. Our services are $0 out-of-pocket for in-network patients, removing one of the biggest barriers to accessing quality nutrition care.

What sets Everlong apart is our approach. Most nutrition services focus on what to eat. We focus on why people eat the way they do. Our dietitians are trained to address the emotional, psychological, and behavioral drivers of eating using evidence-based methods including motivational interviewing, CBT, and accountability frameworks to help patients build sustainable habits and a healthier relationship with food. We don’t hand patients a meal plan and send them on their way. We help them understand their patterns, shift their thinking, and create lasting change that extends well beyond the session.

Our dietitians provide Medical Nutrition Therapy across a wide range of conditions, including disordered eating and chronic dieting, weight management, women’s health, diabetes, cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal conditions, and nutrition support for patients on GLP-1 medications. Every care plan is built around the individual, their life, their barriers, and the behavioral and emotional factors that have gotten in the way before.

We’re a lean, high-output team that moves fast and holds ourselves to a high bar. We're expanding our provider referral partnership network and are looking for a driven, field-first individual to own and scale this function in their territory.

THE ROLE

This is a field-first, relationship-driven role for someone who genuinely loves being in front of providers and has the track record to prove it. You’ll own your territory end-to-end, growing Everlong’s provider network and converting primary care physicians, specialists, and their staff into active referral partners.

You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment in Everlong’s growth, which means what you contribute here will shape how the function scales. If you’re a top performer who’s ready to own something real and see your work translate directly into patient impact, this is your role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Field Engagement: Spend 4 to 5 days per week in the field meeting with primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office managers within your territory.
  • Spotting Opportunities: Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partner leads in your market.
  • Converting: Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into active referral partners who rely on Everlong for their patients’ nutrition care.
  • Nurturing: Develop lasting relationships across the full office, not just the physician, ensuring staff at every level are engaged in supporting patient referrals.
  • Own Your Pipeline: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and document what works so the practices and insights you develop can scale beyond your territory.
  • Shaping the Function: Contribute to internal process development including onboarding materials, engagement frameworks, and territory strategy. You are joining a growing team, and your input matters.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in a provider-facing field sales, BD, or partnerships role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred).
  • A track record of top performance.
  • Experience building and growing a territory independently, not just managing an inherited book.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-growing environment where not everything is figured out yet.
  • Strong presence and the ability to build trust quickly, whether in a busy family medicine practice or a specialist’s office.
  • High EQ: you know how to read a room, adapt your approach, and build genuine relationships with busy clinicians.
  • CRM proficiency and comfort with data-driven territory management.
