As our Customer Care Executive (Ballsport) you will be supporting existing ballsport partners and keeping them engaged, as well as onboarding new ballsport clients, and therefore become a crucial part of the Eversports Customer Care Team. During onboarding and training by our specialists, you will quickly take over responsibility and manage your own projects and contribute towards making your own impact on our mission "Makes Sports Happen".

  • Respond to support tickets from Ballsport customers via chat or email

  • Ensure the quality of the tool by creating ClickUp tickets and GitHub issues for bugs or improvements

  • Manage seasonal changes for our Ballsport partner (twice a year)

  • Oversee the setup of new tools

  • Lead the onboarding process and conduct meetings for new venues

  • Build personal relationships with partners, and maintain them by keeping the weekly amount of engagement meetings on a healthy level

  • Document meeting outcomes systematically in HubSpot

  • Insure that client issues and concerns are resolved effectively


  • Native German speaker, with exceptional English skills - any other language (e.g., French, Dutch) is considered a plus

  • You have already gained first work experience within Customer Care

  • Sport is your passion - you either have a background or a high interest in working in this area!

  • Strong technical skills (proficiency in using Google Workspace, experience with Hubspot or interest in database/programming is considered a plus)

  • Strong client-facing competencies, and possession of exceptional communication skills

  • Solution-oriented mind - you are not afraid to face problems and find effective ways to solve them


At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 2.175,-- (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
