We are looking for a creative and strategic Paid Media Designer / Creator (Part Time) to elevate our digital advertising efforts across platforms like Meta and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for ideating, designing, and executing engaging paid media content that resonates with our audience and drives conversions. This role is perfect for a self-starter who understands both graphic design and content creation, has a deep knowledge of social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Role Impact:
As a Paid Media Designer, you’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including graphics, short-form videos, and motion design assets. You’ll also collaborate with influencers, contract videographers, and internal stakeholders to ensure our brand voice and aesthetic shine through in every campaign.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop engaging Meta and TikTok ad creatives in collaboration with the team.
- Design and produce high-performing assets for paid media campaigns, including graphics, videos, and motion design elements.
- Shoot, edit, and optimize short-form video content or coordinate with contract videographers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Research and implement the latest social media trends to create content that maximizes engagement and conversions.
- Create and submit detailed creative briefs for influencer collaborations, ensuring brand alignment and campaign success.
- Understand data insights and implement effective creative strategies based on analysis.
- Work within company branding guidelines to maintain a consistent look and feel across all paid media assets.
What We Value in This Role:
- 1-3 years of experience in paid media content creation, social media marketing, or digital design.
- Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising best practices and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Ability to shoot and edit video content or collaborate effectively with contract videographers.
- Strong eye for photography, videography, and refined typography skills to enhance visual storytelling.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and a passion for creating engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators, plus the ability to craft clear and effective creative briefs.
