Role Impact:

As the Art Director at Fable Home, you will oversee the creative process from concept through execution. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and creative—to translate strategic business objectives into compelling visual communications. You will support and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality, consistent output that meets both aesthetic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Creative Director closely to develop and execute integrated creative concepts that align with the company’s strategic vision.

- Lead and inspire a creative team to produce innovative visual content across digital, print, and packaging platforms.

- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to ensure all creative work reflects Fable Home’s brand values.

- Translate product concepts and marketing strategies into visual narratives that drive engagement and brand loyalty.

- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure creative solutions meet business objectives.

- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget guidelines.

- Oversee the production of visual elements, including photography, illustration, and graphic design, ensuring quality and consistency.

- Develop guidelines and standards for creative execution that align with best practices and industry trends.

- Direct and manage photo and video production, from concept through post-production, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling across all channels.

- Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Fable Home at the forefront of creative innovation.

- Evaluate performance metrics and feedback to continuously refine and improve creative outputs.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or consumer products.

- A robust portfolio demonstrating strong design capabilities and a clear visual style.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

- Proven track record in managing creative teams and delivering multi-channel creative campaigns.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Experience with brand development and visual storytelling.
