Pay: $85,000-95,000 annually | Full-Time | In-Office – Tacoma, WA

Family First is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to lead employee relations, investigations, culture initiatives, compliance reporting, benefits oversight, and HR operations—supporting a mission-driven healthcare/home care organization.
Must-Have Strengths:
· Confident employee relations + investigations + performance management
· Strong compliance mindset (OSHA 300, ACA, policies)
· Benefits + 401(k) + workers’ comp oversight
· HRIS proficiency; ADP highly preferred
· Healthcare/home care experience strongly preferred
