Family First is hiring an HR Administrator to support recruiting, onboarding, caregiver compliance, and training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized work, supporting people, and keeping processes running smoothly in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

- Source candidates
- schedule interviews
- Process I-9s, background checks, fingerprints, and onboarding paperwork
- Coordinate caregiver and staff onboarding
- Track compliance, licenses, and training requirements
- Support caregiver orientation and CEU tracking
