Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust Customer Acquisition Strategy to meet business targets.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, identifying new potential business opportunities and engaging potential partners.
- Cultivate relationships with buyers and suppliers through various channels, ensuring customer retention and portfolio growth.
- Address and facilitate the resolution of customer issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure prompt payments for services offered to customers and oversee timely debt collection.
- Stay informed about new product features and educate buyers on these improvements.
- Gather market and buyer, supplier and product information, providing valuable feedback to the organization for product development.

- BA/Bsc/HND
- A background in agricultural sales and supply chain.
- Strong network of buyers in related industries such as commodity aggregators, agro-processors, hotel chains, restaurants, and mills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
