Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies using tools that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Dynamics 365 Marketing, Power BI)
- Implement email marketing campaigns and outreach through Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM tools.
- Manage targeted advertising campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Collaborate with the sales team to align campaign efforts and ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Create engaging content such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and social media posts to educate potential clients.
- Manage the company’s website and optimize it for traffic and conversions.
- Develop branding materials to establish a consistent and professional brand identity.
- Manage the company’s presence across digital and offline channels to drive engagement and awareness.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales efforts using analytics tools Microsoft Power BI.
- Generate reports to track client interactions, lead conversion, and overall campaign success.
- Generate reports on marketing ROI and provide insights for optimization.
- Continuously test and refine marketing strategies and lead generation systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct on-site presentations and demonstrations to highlight platform capabilities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Actively gather feedback from clients to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and a seamless handoff of leads.
- Engage directly with key clients and stakeholders to foster trust and credibility.
- Partner with the operations and product teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product features and value propositions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales (preferably in SaaS or supply chain industries).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Dynamics 365, Teams, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in lead-generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients in person.
