- Farmz2u’s Sales team is currently searching for a Sales Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the growth of our operations in Kaduna.
- Your responsibilities will span user onboarding experience, analytics of user engagement, and relationship management to achieve our growth objectives.
- As part of our rapidly growing Nigerian team, this position requires adaptability and a problem-solving mindset.
- Being an early Hitchhiker, you will contribute to shaping the team culture in Kaduna, emphasizing the importance of cultural fit for this role.

- Develop and implement a robust Customer Acquisition Strategy to meet business targets.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, identifying new potential business opportunities and engaging potential partners.
- Cultivate relationships with buyers and suppliers through various channels, ensuring customer retention and portfolio growth.
- Address and facilitate the resolution of customer issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure prompt payments for services offered to customers and oversee timely debt collection.
- Stay informed about new product features and educate buyers on these improvements.
- Gather market and buyer, supplier and product information, providing valuable feedback to the organization for product development.

- Candidates should possess a BA / B.Sc / HND
- A background in agricultural sales and supply chain.
- Strong network of buyers in related industries such as commodity aggregators, agro-processors, hotel chains, restaurants, and mills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
