A Hitchhiker is a human working at Farmz2U
We're excited you want to join us in our journey of enhancing supply chain management, and it's important you're a fit for us as much as we are a fit for you. Here is what you can expect in your journey of 'Becoming a Hitchhiker' at Farmz2u!
- Stage 1: Application Review - We'll assess your CV to see if your experience aligns with the Hitchhiker role. The team you'll be working with is involved in designing the recruitment process from Day 1!
- Stage 2: Psychometric and Technical Assessment - Upon successfully completing Stage 1, you'll be invited to complete a test to help us understand your mental and psychological fit to Farmz2u. In this stage, you would also be required to complete a technical test designed to assess your practical knowledge and expertise relevant to the Hitchhiker position. Think of it as a practical demonstration of your CV and details shared in your interviews.
