Job Summary

Fez Delivery is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 3PL Interstate Associate to join our dynamic team in Abuja. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely dispatch and pickup of orders outside Abuja, as we work towards a 2-3 working days timeline. Fluency in Hausa is a mandatory requirement for this role, as effective communication with local partners and drivers is essential.

Responsibility

Your responsibilities as a 3PL Interstate Associate are as follows but not limited to;

· Ensure that all out-of-Abuja orders are dispatched daily.

· Coordinate with drivers to guarantee that orders are processed and sent on time.

· Share driver details with all relevant partners promptly to maintain smooth operational flow.

· Monitor and ensure that items are picked up within 4 hours of arrival, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

· Assist in streamlining logistics processes.

· Identify areas for operational improvements and communicate feedback to the management team.

· Maintain accurate records of dispatches, pickups, and any delays or issues.

· Provide timely reports to supervisors on daily performance and any challenges encountered.

Requirements

· Must be fluent in Hausa (both written and spoken).

· A minimum of a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

· Prior experience in logistics, field operations, or a similar role is an asset.

· Familiarity with 3PL operations and last-mile delivery processes is advantageous.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
