There are more than 30,000 diseases, yet we can only treat around ⅓ of them. At the same time, new treatments are being approved through clinical trials. Over 85,000 trials are looking for participants at this very moment. The sad reality is that 9 out of 10 will fail to release a new treatment to the public. The main reason cited is ‘lack of participants’.

At FindMeCure we help patients to find, understand, and join clinical trials to gain access to innovative treatments and thus accelerate medicine and science. While doing so, we’ve discovered multiple reasons behind ‘failing’ trials. Therefore, we’ve created TrialHub - a leading knowledge database that utilizes artificial intelligence to help improve the search for the right patients. Assessing epidemiological factors, competitive trials, the regional standard of care, and patient pathways ensures robust feasibility data and maximizes the potential for a trial's success. Five years later, most of the top 10 CROs and pharmaceutical companies, are using it to plan better clinical trials. And this is just the beginning.

Mission:

Increase our development capacity by handling complex sprint issues or technical problems independently. Write quality code, while being mindful of the impact vs effort for the given task and not overdoing things that are of lesser importance.

Responsibilities:

- Write quality code, without overdoing tasks that are of smaller importance/impact

- Planning and implementing the optimal solution for the various technical and product challenges

- Participate in the sprint retrospective and planning

- Actively participate in the product's development and support

- Acquire deep knowledge about the technologies behind our products as well as domain knowledge about the clinical research industry

- Understand the company culture and values and act accordingly

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript Frameworks (ideally React, but not a deal breaker)

- 2+ years of experience with .NET/C#

- A smart and driven person, inherently curious about how things work

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Persistent

- Proactive

- Strong decision-making even in the absence of complete information

- Track record for delivering high-quality solutions/code on time

- Attention to detail

- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
