    • 🎯 What you will work on

    As a Founder's Associate with a focus on GTM, you won't be locked into one lane, but your main focus is clearly on the top of the funnel: how do the right leads find Fintalo, and how do we reach out to them? Specifically:

  • Growth & Sales: Building and maintaining outreach lists, market research, identifying new target customers and partners, developing our outreach campaigns further
  • AI Workflows: We work AI-native — you'll test and build tools/automations with us that make research and outreach more efficient (not a must, but if you're into Claude, Cursor & co., there's plenty of room here)
  • Marketing & Brand: LinkedIn content, partnership announcements, community and team topics
  • Strategy: Contributing to positioning, target customer approach, and product direction
  • Operations & Product: depending on need, also testing sessions, QA cycles, process documentation
  • Anything else that moves Fintalo forward — you'll help shape your own scope as you go :)

    • You'll report directly to the founders, with short decision paths and real ownership from day one. Given the right fit, a long-term transition into the team is explicitly on the table.

    🎓 Your Profile

  • Currently studying (Bachelor's or Master's). Field of study is open — strategic and conceptual thinking matters more than your major
  • Fluent in German and English
  • A generalist mindset — you can switch comfortably between sales, marketing, ops, and research in the same week
  • High ownership mentality: you'd rather try things out and adjust than wait for the perfect brief
  • Genuine interest in startups, fintech, and how an early-stage company actually gets built
