Upon joining FLEX, you will go through a rigorous training period where you will be working directly with experts across each of our business units. Through these interactions, you will establish a strong foundational knowledge of our products and processes while also developing a deeper understanding of the performance marketing industry.
You will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities that are all essential components of operating a growing Performance Marketing agency while ensuring its long-term success. Our vision is to tailor your future at FLEX to your interests and strengths while giving you hands-on experience.
What You'll Do:
-Negotiate, structure, and draft various contracts such as: master service agreements, vendor agreements (publishers, ESPs, SaaS, etc.), non-disclosure agreements
-Ability to work cross-functionally with all other teams at FLEX such as: HR, Operations, Accounting, and Product
-Autonomously handle all contract negotiations
-Implement compliance programs for various digital marketing and advertising business units
-Manage all legal issues and collections of past due payments
-Direct, monitor, and supervise outside counsel to resolve litigation issues
-Create terms and conditions, privacy policies, and rules and regulations for owned and operated websites
-Handle renewals of corporate filings through NYS for FLEX and its various entities
-Register limited liability companies and certificates of assumed name
-Liaison for insurance brokers and handle renewals for policies such as: Commercial General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, DBL, PFL, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance
-Handle any additional corporate matters that arise
