-You know your way around Excel and can glean insights from large data sets

Responsibilities:
-Account/Buyer Management and Onboarding - Setup emails & maintain accurate buyer setup documents and assets. Complete weekly billing reconciliation with Ops Team and review buyer feedback and QA calls within Ringba and Convoso
-Ringba Account Setup - Monitor call routing & report PPC buyer issues, watch Revenue Per Call (RPC), make recommendations as needed to better monetize campaigns and communicate necessary updates when accounts pause or cap
-Data Source Testing and Optimizations -Vet and setup new data sources, track performance and work with the team on necessary optimizations.
-Compliance - Collect and maintain screenshots of creatives and marketing partner lists, complete API posting setup
-Campaign Performance Reporting - Accurately gather and enter all key metrics daily and manage distribution to team
-Call Centers - Help oversee current call centers including Weekly Agent Performance Metrics to communicate effectively with team leads and QA team as needed for optimizations and campaign updates. Help to source, vet, and onboard new Call Center partners
-Convoso Dialer - Monitor system and agents, promptly reporting any irregularities to team. Track/log Convoso support cases. Assist with list management, script design and updates, workflow automation, dialer optimizations and analytics.
