FlexPoint is the billing and payments platform built for MSPs. We're growing the revenue team and looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and data that make our go-to-market engine run. You'll partner directly with sales leadership, AEs, and BDRs to turn pipeline into predictable revenue, and you'll have real ownership from day one.

This is a high-impact role on a small, fast-moving team. If you like building over maintaining, and you've spent enough time in HubSpot to have strong opinions about it, we should talk.

What you'll do

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: pipeline stages, properties, automations, dashboards, and data hygiene
  • Build the reporting and forecasting layer the leadership team uses to make decisions, including pipeline health, conversion rates, AE/BDR performance, and win/loss trends
  • Partner with the sales team on process: deal stages, handoffs (BDR to AE, sales to onboarding/support), and the operating cadences that hold it all together
  • Administer and optimize the GTM stack, including HubSpot, Salesloft, and the tools that integrate with them
  • Design and maintain territory, segmentation, and account assignment logic across the AE team
  • Support comp plan administration and monthly commission calculations
  • Build the playbook side of the house with sales leadership: enablement assets, sequences, call frameworks, and competitive collateral
  • Help us find leverage everywhere: campaign tracking, lead routing, lifecycle reporting, and integrations with our product and finance systemsWhat we're looking for
  • 4–6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related GTM role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep HubSpot experience (this is non-negotiable). You've built pipelines, custom reports, and workflows, and you know where the bodies are buried
  • Strong analytical instincts; comfortable in spreadsheets, and ideally SQL or BI tools (Looker, Mode, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience supporting both AE and BDR motions, including outbound sequences and connect/conversion reporting
  • Track record of partnering with sales leaders and AEs as a true thought partner, not just a ticket-taker
  • Clear, direct communicator who can translate messy operational reality into something the team can actually use

Bonus points

  • Experience in the MSP, PSA, or RMM ecosystem (Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Syncro, NinjaRMM, etc.)
  • Salesloft or Outreach administration
  • Background at a company going from early-stage to scale, comfortable building from scratch where the playbook doesn't exist yet
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other finance system integrations

Compensation
Base salary range: $115,000 to $145,000, commensurate with experience. Includes equity and full benefits.
