We’re seeking a Digital Growth and Operations Associate to support and optimize our digital growth efforts and operational systems. You’ll help create content, manage tools, and improve workflows that enable scalable, data-driven growth across the company.
About the Role
In this multi-faceted role, you’ll work closely with the CEO to combine digital marketing execution with operational management to ensure strategic initiatives run smoothly and effectively. You’ll manage digital tools, monitor social engagement and market insights, support cross-team workflows, and help build the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Execution
- Create, curate, and optimize content for digital platforms and campaigns to engage users and support growth objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates
- Support growth experiments and optimizations to improve conversion funnels and overall campaign effectiveness
Operations and Tools Management
- Manage and optimize digital platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, project management, and analytics tools
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and seamless workflow efficiency across systems and teams
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital growth and operational processes
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for leadership review
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance team productivity and campaign performance
Fundraising Support
- Assist in preparing content and materials for fundraising campaigns, grant proposals, and investor communications
- Help track fundraising progress and maintain stakeholder databases
- Conduct research on potential funding sources, grant opportunities, and investor profiles to inform fundraising strategies
- Perform market research to analyze industry trends and target audience insights to support overall business development and fundraising efforts
Partnerships Coordination
- Support identification, outreach, and relationship management of strategic partners
- Assist in creating partnership proposals, presentations, and joint marketing initiatives
- Coordinate communications and collaborative projects with partners to amplify growth and impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related fields
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, business operations, growth, or related roles (internships welcome)
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Google Drive, HubSpot, Google Analytics, CRM systems, or similar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret growth metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in maternal health, digital health, or healthcare equity is a plus
- Entrepreneurial experience or experience building an organization is a plus

Job Details
- Employment: Full-time contract (6 months with possibility of extension and/or promotion)
- Hours Per Week: 30-35 hours/week (flexible)
- Start Date: Early to mid July 2025
- Location: Remote in Canada or Hybrid (for candidates in Vancouver or Toronto)
- Salary Range: $26-30 per hour
- Eligibility: Please note that this role is supported by the Digital Skills for Youth Program. Eligibility requirements will apply: Post-secondary graduate, legally entitled to work in Canada, be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or refugee status holder in Canada, are between the ages of 15 and 30 at the start of employment.
