This role keeps the customer's goals and performance in focus to drive data-backed decision making. Each Analyst will manage their own portfolio of customers and is expected to build and manage a strong connection between Forecastr and the customer by delivering standardized reporting services and identifying opportunities to better meet evolving customer needs.Your Responsibilities- Independently manage the financial model for a portfolio of companies and support their financial management, planning, and strategy- Prepare, review, analyze and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports- Lead and organize monthly and quarterly financial review and forecasting calls with each company- Collaborate regularly with the greater finance & accounting teams of each company to ensure consistency across all systems- Work as customers' financial leader to improve financial systems and guide financial strategy- Maintain Forecastr's internal systems for customer management such as HubSpot and Asana- Serve customers via live chats, email, video calls, to help with financial models and other startup-related help- Go above and beyond for customers when possible, including helping with projects outside of the financial model- As with any early-stage startup, be ready to wear multiple hats and support areas such as sales, product testing, operations, and content marketing
