Growth Marketing Manager - 1 Position
We’re looking for an innovative and motivated Growth Marketing Manager with a hacker’s mentality and an intense focus on innovation, scalability and user connectivity to drive profitable sales growth. This is an extremely important role at Fueloyal as you will be working alongside our co-founder and CEO to grow the company. We will be working together to drive more quality targeted traffic to the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and direct marketing campaigns for demand creation, lead generation and for lead tracking and management. You understand that leads are something without B2B companies can’t survive.
- Develop drip marketing efforts to support our sales team
- Develop and manage the entire marketing & sales budget
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Developing flyers, sales materials and presentations, landing pages
- Oversee product marketing including product launch management, landing pages, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support
- Lead social media efforts to collect collateral materials and conduct market research
- Lead marketing team in the future
Requirements
- Ability to think strategically and execute relentlessly
- Experience working or managing PPC campaigns on Google & Facebook with high budgets
- Ideally you have team leading experience with effective marketing and sales strategies but even if you don’t have it we’d still love to talk to you and learn more about your career
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Ability to ask excellent questions and listen actively
- Ideally you have experience with some or all of the stuff here: SEO, social medial, A/B Testing, conversions, PPC, remarketing, GDN, automated marketing, WordPress, sales materials.
