Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Director of Enterprise Sales who would be responsible for growing and managing relationships with Funnel’s largest enterprise clients and accelerating the value they receive from their Funnel investment. They will be responsible for taking the lead on all new product and professional services discussions with Funnel’s enterprise clients. Additionally, the Director of Enterprise will become Funnel’s subject matter expert in enterprise transformation and will be heavily involved in discussions with clients regarding operational and technical change management. Furthermore, they will understand the core metrics that drive our clients’ operations and leverage this understanding to sell customers additional software products and services. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

The Director of Enterprise Account Management essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Roles and responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Funnel’s enterprise customers to accelerate value from their Funnel investment and improve customer outcomes
  • This role will be an Individual Contributor role, focused on large enterprise existing and prospective customers.
  • Drive incremental professional services and SaaS revenue from enterprise clients through account reviews and value assessments
  • Serves as a key contact for customer negotiations and escalations
  • Be a subject matter expert across Funnel’s suite of products and understand how our products influence our client’s business models
  • Identify the core metrics that drive our clients’ business and the pain points that can be relieved by our software
  • Increase NPS, upsell, align w/ product, comp attached on official
  • Travel more than 25% -50% of the time
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and learning
  • Foster collaboration within team and across the company
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion

Education, Work Experience, and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience
  • Professional services firm experience in a role with sales responsibilities
  • Ability to formulate and deliver distinctive insights into key operational and/or industry issues
  • Experience building business cases around and selling professional services related to digital transformation
  • Experience driving strategic motion, including value propositions, execution planning, teaming, and outcomes-based engagements
  • Capable of building professional services packages from scratch including marketing, sales and strategy solutions
  • Skilled in maneuvering and working with C-Suite executives
  • Experience assessing applicability of client professional services requests to broader market
  • Experience working with highly technical enterprise grade SaaS products
