Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Payments & Integrations. The Strategy & Operations Manager, Payments & Integrations is responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across Funnel's payments processing and third-party integration capabilities. This role serves as the critical bridge between technical product teams, customer success, and revenue operations, ensuring seamless payment experiences and robust integration functionality for Funnel's customers. You will own end-to-end operational processes, from monitoring system health to developing customer-facing documentation, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth through enhanced payment reliability and integration performance. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategy & Operations, Consumer.

The Strategy & Operations Manager, Payments & Integrations essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Roles and responsibilities
- Own end-to-end monitoring, triaging, and resolution of payment processing and third-party integration issues, including customer account updates, system connectivity, and data synchronization errors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement systematic monitoring frameworks and decision matrices to enable self-service resolution for customers and internal teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive customer-facing and internal documentation that clearly explains technical processes, supporting customer accounting reconciliation and sales enablement training.
- Collaborate with onboarding and product teams to continuously improve deployment processes, integration performance, and operational workflows, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Track operational metrics, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, customer success, and external stakeholders on payments and integration matters.
- Embrace a founder’s mindset with a willingness to ideate, build, deploy, and iterate daily.
- Travel up to 5%

- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion
Education, Work Experience, and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic operations role within payments, fintech, or SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, customer success, and revenue operations.
- Strong background in analyzing operational metrics and driving data-informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with payment systems, APIs, and integration platforms
