We are a VC-backed startup and are looking for team members who are as excited as we are to make a difference.We are looking for a Fall SEO Content Intern to create engaging written content for our blog, providing relevant insights, original perspectives and useful tips for people looking to learn more about climate change, reduce their carbon footprint and save money in the process.The Fall SEO Intern will report to the Community Manager. This role is 100% remote. The hours are flexible with an expected commitment of around 10-20 hours per week. You can work from anywhere in the U.S within these states: AZ, DC, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NY, NJ, OH, PA, TX, VA, WA, CA. This is a paid internship lasting through December 8th, with the opportunity to extend. Responsibilities

• Research and write several blogs a week about sustainable products, climate change, tips for living a more climate-friendly lifestyle, and the FutureCard Visa Debit Card.
• Optimize each blog for SEO.
• Help develop content for the FutureCard app.
• Work with the Community Management team to brainstorm ideas for the blog.
• Assist with other content tasks as needed.
• Inspire our members to find ways to reduce carbon emissions while saving money!

Qualifications

• You are concerned about climate change and are committed to inspiring millions of people from all walks of life to take the fight against climate change into their own hands and make a measurable difference.
• You enjoy learning about climate change and sustainable living.
• You have experience or interest in researching and writing about climate change and sustainability.
• You are excited by the prospect of working with a fast-paced, dynamic, remote team at a startup!
• It is a plus if you are in a field of study related to climate, sustainability, and/or communications.
• Prior experience with content marketing, writing, and SEO is preferred.
• Note: Writing samples will be required later in the interviewing process.
