ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a visual designer to focus on marketing assets and deliverables. In this role, you will work with our fast-paced growth team to create beautiful and compelling marketing assets – optimized for results and conversion – including social posts, emails, ads, and presentations. We are a nimble, flexible and creative team and you should be too – future projects could include outdoor, street, direct-mail, partner, retail, TV or other channels.This job is based in New York City, but remote and hybrid work is an option. Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design, media or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of applied experience in design
• Portfolio or sample of works demonstrating an eye for design preferred
• Proficient with visual design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• You can make beautiful presentations using Powerpoint or other presentation tools
• Email experience is preferred, using responsive mobile-friendly templates
• Significant depth in crafting social posts for maximum impact (social video experience is a plus)
• Ability to maintain and elevate brand guidelines and manage assets library
• Experience in consumer Internet business is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in agile, fast-moving environments preferred
