Responsibilities
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join a growing team dedicated to offering the best possible experience to any Future's Member with a question, a suggestion or an issue they are facing with Future's suite of products. In this role, you will serve as the direct point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and information via phone, SMS and email.
The position is based in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Zendesk and HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset and a dedication to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and with autonomy.
- Experience in agile, fast-moving environments preferred
- Experience in Fintech or banking a plus.
