Responsibilities
We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to focus on resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to our Member’s Future checking accounts and FutureCards. In this role, you will serve as the direct point of contact for our Members via email, phone, and chat -- providing assistance, information, and problem resolution. We are a growing team and are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to jump into the deep end!
This is an in-person position located at our office in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with Member inquiries and complaints.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with CRM systems. Zendesk knowledge is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset and a dedication to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and with autonomy.
- Experience in agile, fast-moving environments preferred.
- Experience in Fintech or banking is a plus, but not required.
