Senior Graphic Designer

Are you the rare creative who can seamlessly blend stunning visuals with deep consumer understanding? As our Sr. Designer at Future, you'll be more than a pixel perfectionist – you'll be a strategic force shaping how sustainable brands connect with audiences on a profound level.

This role is for the design maverick who sees beyond aesthetics, diving deep into the psyche of our target market to craft visuals that don't just catch the eye, but capture hearts and minds. You'll be the alchemist who transforms consumer insights into visual gold, creating branded experiences that resonate, persuade, and drive real-world change.

Key Responsibilities

Consumer-Centric Design Alchemy:

  • Transform ideas into visual gold, crafting a dazzling array of branded assets that turn heads and change minds.
  • Create scroll-stopping social media graphics & ads, web designs that wow, and presentations that leave lasting impressions.
  • Pioneer a lean, mean design machine that keeps our creative output fresh, fast, and phenomenal.
  • Transform consumer insights into visually stunning & compelling branded assets that drive engagement and action.
  • Craft design strategies that speak directly to our audience's desires and aspirations, creating emotional connections that convert.

Brand Guardianship & Behavioral Influence

  • Evolve the Future brand into a beacon of innovation, ensuring our visual identity not only looks cutting-edge but aligns with our target audience's values and helps build trust and understanding.
  • Craft visual narratives that nudge consumers towards sustainable choices
  • Curate a living, breathing brand asset library that inspires our team and partners.

Digital Dream Weaving

  • Architect intuitive, responsive web experiences (marketing website) that persuade visitors into giving Future a try!
  • Design click-worthy emails intended to education, inform and inspire.
  • Harness the power of Figma to bring your wildest digital designs to life.
  • Launch your web designs directly in Webflow, the platform for our Marketing website.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to translate consumer data into visually impactful, behaviorally effective campaigns.
  • Be the bridge between data-driven insights and creative execution, ensuring every design decision is backed by strategic understanding.

Requirements

  • Can showcase not just visual mastery, but the strategic thinking behind each design.
  • Brings 5-7 years of professional design experience, with a proven track record of creating campaigns that drove measurable consumer behavior change.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of consumer psychology and how visual communication influences decision-making.
  • Can articulate how your designs tap into specific consumer insights and motivations.
  • Wields Adobe Creative Suite like a pro and bends Figma to your will.
  • Communicates ideas with the clarity of a lighthouse and collaborates like a dream team player.
  • Takes ownership of projects with the confidence of a captain steering their ship through uncharted waters.
  • The role is situated in New York City and coming to the office 3 days a week is expected.
