Responsibilities
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive partnership adoption by executing coordinated campaigns that include strategic calling, email outreach, and engagement on social/professional platforms. This high-impact role involves building genuine connections with some of the most impressive brands in the United States while developing a strong pipeline for our partner organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional eager to develop expertise in technology, sales, and payments. This role provides a solid foundation for career growth, with a clear path to becoming a Partner Sales Executive. As a growing team, we’re looking for someone who is ready to dive in, take ownership, and make an immediate impact!
This is a remote position within the US, Eastern or Central time zone.
Day to Day
- Contact prospective partners across phone, email, in-person events and social platforms to generate and uncover new opportunities.
- Perform initial needs assessment of prospect while identifying existing pain points to determine how Future could address those needs.
- Maintain accurate and updated records for all activities in our CRM.
- Research and stay up to date on current market trends, opportunities and competition.
- Desire to learn inside sales methodologies and strategies.
- 1-3 years of sales, partnerships, or business development experience. SaaS sales experience is a plus.
- Dynamic hunter personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving both individual and team goals in a professional setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high energy, ever-changing, dynamic environment.
