We’re hiring our first growth marketing manager to own strategy and execution across core inbound channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, measuring, and iterating - not managing agencies.
You’ll be responsible for driving qualified inbound demand and improving conversion across the full funnel, working closely with Product, Sales, and RevOps.
Desired skills and experience
- SEO: Build and execute SEO strategy across content, on-page, and basic technical SEO
- SEM: Own paid search end-to-end (keyword research, campaign setup, ad copy, landing pages, optimization)
- Paid Social: Run and optimize LinkedIn campaigns (demand gen, retargeting, ABM-style tests)
- Organic Social: Build and test a consistent organic LinkedIn presence (company + founder-led content)
- CRO: Optimize inbound journeys from ad/search → landing page → demo
- Experimentation: Test and scale new inbound channels (G2, Reddit, LinkedIn & FB groups)
- Analytics: Track performance from first touch to qualified pipeline; build dashboards and insights
- Funnel Ownership: Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality, routing, and activation
