You’ll be prospecting into workplace, real estate, facilities, HR, and operations leaders at some of the most innovative companies in the world. This is a high-impact role where success means not only hitting activity metrics but also generating meaningful conversations that turn into Enterprise deals.
This role reports to the VP of Sales. It is a full-time, remote position.
- Drive outbound prospecting to targeted accounts using a combination of email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative outreach, with a strong emphasis on cold calling
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into discovery calls with AEs.
- Research and map target accounts to identify decision-makers and key buying personas.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized messaging that speaks to workplace challenges and Gable’s value.
- Collaborate closely with AEs to build territory strategies and account plans.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and consistently track outreach activities and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics for outreach, meetings booked, and new opportunities.
- Stay sharp on industry trends, competitors, and Gable’s evolving product set.
- Be the face of Gable in early conversations - leaving prospects with a clear, professional, and compelling first impression.
